First, please note that we ship all products via DHL age-verification to protect underage buyers under the age of 18. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
SHIPPING COSTS
In addition to all prices listed in our online store, we charge the following shipping costs for your delivery. You will of course be shown the total price of your order including these shipping costs before you finalize your order.
Germany
depending on the weight of your delivery we charge the following shipping costs.
2kg: 7,65 EUR
5kg: 8,65 EUR
10kg: 11,15 EUR
From an order value of at least 150 EUR we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.
Europe (EU foreign countries)
depending on the weight of your delivery, we charge the daily shipping costs of the for you most favorable of our logistics partners.
Please note that for deliveries to EU foreign countries, customs duties, taxes and other fees may apply, which might not be included in the total price shown. In this case, we will pass on these additional costs to you as incurred without any further surcharges.
MEANS OF PAYMENT
You can currently pay in our online store either by PayPal or by prepayment.
PayPal (credit card, direct debit, bank transfer)
If you choose this payment method, you will automatically be redirected to PayPal in the next step. As soon as you have entered, confirmed and verified all required data there, you will automatically be redirected back to our online store to complete your order.
Prepayment
If you choose this payment method, please always state your correct order number when making your transfer. Your order will be shipped immediately after we have received your payment.
