The lightest vodka in our current element by alcohol content is truly more than "just a vodka." This seasonal variant of Steinhart Organic Vodka is unfortunately very rare to come by. Depending on the availability and quality of local organic strawberries from Nova Scotia, Arisaig, Canada, Thomas Steinhart conjures up only a few, limited bottles of this brilliant madness each year at his distillery. Typically German, Steinhart Strawberry Vodka is not only our favorite digestif after an asparagus menu. On lots of ice, with a good shot of soda, a squeeze of lemon and some fresh mint as a garnish, no other vodka makes it into our glasses in late spring and summer - we were lucky to be able to talk Thomas out of a small handful of bottles this year and offer them exclusively on somelio.eu.
